Survey
Lifelines Survey
As part of the LifeLines Erasmus+ project, we conducted a cross-community survey to better understand the challenges faced by young people living with diabetes. Our goal was to identify gaps in awareness, education, and support—both in schools and in broader community settings. The findings provide valuable insights into how we can create more inclusive environments, strengthen local resources, and empower youth with diabetes across Europe.
